Food with additives, wrong type of food, environmental pollutions, too little exercise, too much screen time, too many demands, viruses and bacteria, emotional imbalances, unresolved traumas, chemicals in beauty and household products and much more… All this creates stress in our systems.

In order for a Biofeedback to be as effective as possible, you can support your system in the meantime yourself .
Here are some suggestions:
- Do a detox such as drinking a green smoothie (green leaves, cabbage, ginger and lemon are good ingredients) per day for 2 weeks.
- Reduce or completely stop your intake of: coffee, sugar, processed foods. Eat fruits and berries instead.
- Reduce the amount of fast carbohydrates e.g. white bread, pasta. Eat more different types of vegetables.
- Reduce screen time and exercise more. Take a walk in the nature.
